DEB CRUMP
With over 20 years as a proud Equity member, Deb has built a career dedicated to performance, storytelling, and theatre.
For the past 15 years, she has directed numerous pantomimes and stage productions, working with talented casts and creative teams to bring memorable productions to life. Her experience spans both performing and directing, giving her a strong understanding of character development, stagecraft, and collaboration.
She is passionate about creating engaging performances that entertain audiences of all ages and enjoy the challenge of bringing every production to its fullest potential.
ROSIE COLES
Since graduating from Birmingham School of Acting in 2017, Rosie has worked continuously within the industry, in jobs ranging from the West End to TV, and has build a CV of work she’s incredibly proud of (if she does say so herself).
Her heart lies in the arts and she loves nothing more watching creatives around her flourish. Teamwork is the key to success, and is something she extremely passionate about going forward with Harringtons Personal Management.
She’s an avid tea drinker (and only drinks coffee when she’s trying to feel fancy) and can be bribed very easily if cake is involved!
